Tooth whitening is part of cosmetic dentistry, for those who care for beyond health, aesthetics too.Bleaching process eliminates the discoloration and stains teeth, and can brighten the natural colour of teeth as well,althoguh the colour of dentures can not be changed with bleaching.

The durability of treatment will depend upon how good oral hygiene you practise, and whether you have any staining related habits (smoking, drinking too much tea and coffee ) or not.

Usually we do 2 teeth whitening methods:

At clinic tooth whitening

In about 1.5 hours your teeth become 8-10 shades lighter. We apply a special whitening gel used together with laser light for 15 minutes.During the procedure, depending on the desired colour we change gel and activate the lamp for 1-3 times.

At home tooth whitening

After taking imprints of your teeth we make trays for you which fits to your teeth perfectly thus it does not move and wearing of it is not uncomfortable.
The patient put the bleaching gel in it and keep the tray on the teeth overnight.The procedure lasts 8 – 10 days.
